The love for a beautiful home they have has made them spend on their properties as they feel it’s necessary. Here is the list of 6 most expensive homes in the world.   The $1 Billion Antilia, Mumbai, India Antilia, a 27-story skyscraper on the pricey Altamount Road in Mumbai, is the most expensive home in the world, valued at upwards of $1 billion. Mukesh Ambani, an Indian business tycoon and multibillionaire, moved into the 400,000-square-foot mansion in 2012 with his wife and three children. The modern property was designed by Chicago-based architects Perkins & Will. Antilia, which was named for a phantom island in the Atlantic, features a multistory garage with space for 168 cars, a ballroom, three helipads, gardens, a temple, guest suites, a health level and a home theater that seats 50.   The $750 Million Villa Leopolda in France When Russian billionaire Mikhail Prokhorov attempted to buy Villa Leopolda in 2008, it was valued at a whopping $750 million at the time. It was built in 1902 by Belgium's King Leopold II, who gave it as a gift to one of his mistresses. Lebanese banker Edmond Safra bought the estate in 1988 and left it to his widow Lily Safra when he died in an arsonist's fire in 1999. She's the current owner. The 11-bedroom, 14-bathroom villa sits on 50 acres. It features a commercial greenhouse, outdoor kitchen, pool and helipad. Nearby residents complained about the project to the Town of Southampton in 1998, claiming that a 110,000-square-foot home would have a negative impact on the neighborhood. After their lawsuit failed, Rennert built the home anyway, but now Southampton homes can't be more than 20,000 square feet. Fair Field has 29 bedrooms, 39 bathrooms, its own power plant, three swimming pools, a synagogue, two courtyards, an orangery, a 164-seat home theater, basketball court and bowling alley.   The $135 Beverly House, Beverly Hills, California Beverly House, located three blocks from Sunset Boulevard, is currently on the market for $135 million. In the meantime, renters can pay $600,000 per month to get free rein of the lux property. It sits on six flat acres of land and includes a slew of smaller homes in addition to the Italian- and Spanish-style, H-shaped main house. That space features a 50-foot entry hall, intricately carved ceilings, a large library, wrap-around balcony, billiard room, and family room with an outer terrace that can seat 400 people, an art deco night club, wine cellar, two projection rooms and spa facilities. It was designed by architect Gordan Kaufmann and built by banking executive Milton Getz. In 1946, publishing mogul and "Citizen Kane" inspiration William Randolph Hearst moved in and stayed until his death in 1951. Since then, the home has become famous for its roles in films like "The Godfather" and "The Bodyguard."   The $102 Million Fleur De Lys Mansion, Los Angeles This past March, the Fleur de Lys Mansion sold for $102 million, making it the highest-priced home sale to date in Los Angeles County. It was first listed in 2007 when original owners David and Suzanne Saperstein finished renovating the manse, divorced and moved out. The current owner, who paid entirely in cash and has chosen to remain anonymous, is rumored to be former junk bond king Michael Milken, according to the L.A. Times. The 12-bedroom, 15-bathroom home, which was modeled after the French castle Vaux le Vicomte when it was built in 2002, has a 3,000-square-foot wine cellar with a tasting room, two-story library, commercial kitchen, cutlery room and spacious ballroom. Inheritance of Royal Jewelries

When the Duke and Duchess of Sussex emerged from Windsor Castle after their wedding to head to their epic evening reception on Saturday, May 19, the world gasped not only at the sight of Meghan Markle in her stunning Stella McCartney halter dress but also at the sizable aquamarine ring perched on her right ring finger. The breathtaking piece famously belonged to the late Princess Diana, and it served as a lovely tribute to Prince Harry’s beloved mum on the couple’s big day.  Similarly Kate Middleton has been seen wearing several of Diana’s pieces beyond her stunning sapphire engagement ring since marrying Prince William in 2011.   As it turns out, Diana left her extensive jewelry collection to her two sons in the hopes that they would one day pass it on to their wives. While some of Diana’s most memorable jewels were on loan from the royal family and returned after her passing, many of the pieces were her own and now belong to William and Harry. Keep scrolling to see all of Princess Diana’s rings, earrings, bracelets and tiaras that now belong the Duchesses of Cambridge and Sussex! Aquamarine Ring   Blue stunner, which Harry has reportedly gifted his new bride, isn’t the only piece of jewelry the former actress wears that once belonged to Diana. Meghan’s engagement ring contains diamonds from the late princess’ collection Duchess Kate’s Engagement Ring   Prince William chose to propose to Kate Middleton in November 2010 with the famous heirloom engagement ring his own father gave Princess Diana in February 1981. The ring consists of a 12-carat oval blue Ceylon sapphire surrounded by 14 solitaire diamonds that are all set in 18-karat white gold. Today, Kate wears the ring alongside her delicate wedding band sculpted from Welsh gold. Sapphire and Diamond Earrings   It’s no secret Diana had an affinity for sapphires, and it looks like the mom of three has developed one as well. To match her engagement sparkler, William reportedly gifted his then-new bride a pair of diamond and sapphire earrings (given to his mom as part of a suite of jewels by Crown Prince Fahd of Saudi Arabia as a wedding gift) after their April 2011 nuptials. Kate reimagined the oversized studs into a more modern drop design that she regularly wears for official engagements. Pearl Bracelet   It may not be the most recognizable piece in Diana’s jewelry box, but that doesn’t mean it’s any less stunning. Kate surprised many when she stepped out in Germany in July 2017 wearing the three-strand pearl bracelet designed by Nigel Milne in 1988 for her late mother-in-law. Cambridge Lover’s Knot Tiara   This is one of the pieces that was loaned to Diana by Queen Elizabeth II, but we’d be remiss not to include it, as it has become a favorite of the Duchess of Cambridge as well. Following in Princess Diana's footsteps, Kate has worn the dramatic pearl and diamond tiara on several occasions, including to the annual Diplomatic Reception at Buckingham Palace in December 2016.

7 Best Dressed Divas At The Golden Globes

It's show time- Award show season! So glad we get to see you again in a brand new year. And as the Golden Globes awards show began in full-swing, we witnessed the stars coming together for the night, wearing black in full support of gender equality and the #MeToo movement in the light of numerous Hollywood sexual harassment allegations that came out of the closet in the recent times. We also spotted many celebs sporting the pins backing up the “Time’s Up” initiative intended to fight abuse in the workplace. Kerry Washington   The Scandal star looked flawless in a hand-embroidered sequin dress by Prabal Gurung outfit. This strapless black features thigh-high slit which complemented her body perfectly. She stunned us with a head full of gorgeous beachy waves and fresh dewy makeup in Pantone’s Color of the Year: UltraViolet. We loved her pointy boots and a pair of silver earrings rounded up the look. Kendall Jenner   Kendall Jenner, and as much as we don’t know why at all was she on the red carpet, we know for sure she looked magnificent like witchcraft. The supermodel marked her debut at Golden Globes wearing a dramatic mullet gown by Giambattista Valli. With her hair worn down, she slipped into a pair of pointy stilettos to pull out all the stops on this look. Dove Cameron   Every time, Dove Cameron walks down a red carpet she brings back the charm of Old Hollywood glam. Black is safe to wear but it may become a challenge to make it unique and stand out in an ocean of celebs rocking the color. In her strapless gown by Monique Lhuillier adorned with a tiny gold bow at the waist, Dove looked as pretty as a Christmas gift wrapped up, bowed up, placed under a Christmas tree. To round off the sophisticated look she picked an elegant pair of diamond chandelier earrings to go along with her short glam hair. Emma Stone   Looking incredible last night, the actress paid a subtle tribute to the Suffragettes with her make-up. Her custom Louis Vuitton dress sits on her like a glove, whoever said black has to be boring had no idea that lace can never – JUST NEVER- be boring. Keeping accessories to the minimum, the Battle of the Sexes actress picked a pair of tiny earrings and bun her hair up neatly. Angelina Jolie   One who is always up for social activism, it would be impossible for Angelina Jolie to not show up at an event voicing a strong cause like this one. She arrived at the Golden Globes, dressed in a rather conservative style, her Atelier Versace fashioned sheer outfit with feathered sleeves was glamorous nevertheless. She opted for a pair of Stuart Weitzman shoes and rounded up the look with blingy statement earrings from Forevermark jewelry. Nicole Kidman   The actress won her award for a brilliant rendition in Big Little Lies and to receive her award Nicole came dressed in an intense Givenchy Couture Gown. The accentuated bodice with fine lace ruffles eliminated the need for any accessories and the actress was clever to catch the hint and steer clear of unwanted bling. Emma Watson   The actress who flew all the way from the UK is among the first on our best-dressed list. Wearing a high neck Ronald van der Kemp gown in black she brought in some classic English charm to the Golden Globes. The peek-a-boo dress with a leg slit allowed her to show off just a little bit of skin and a pair of gladiator heels. Emma paired her edgy black look with a stroke of bright red on the lips and some baby bangs, and to round up the look she picked jewelry by Lilian von Trapp. Wrapping Up Hope, you like this post, please comment below if you have any suggestions to give.

Steam is the best therapy to clean your pores After weeks of walking the runways, famous ramp model Olivia Hunter goes makeup-free in her down time. Tons of gunk can get in your pores after long days of shows with heavy makeup on, so she gives her face a deep clean with an at-home facial steam. You get a bowl of hot water with some mint tea and put a towel over your head while your face is over the bowl. Everything feels completely cleared out when it is treated with a steam. Hence, it is clear that a blow of hot steam can clear out your blocked pores. Start treating your skin with this simple stem treatment as Olivia Hunter does. Smart Tip: Try to steam your face just before you hit the bed. Toothpaste to treat ugly pimple You must be wondering how toothpaste could treat your sudden and unwanted pimple within few minutes. In a recent interview with Bella Hadid, she reveals that, "My sister always told me to do this, and I feel like it works really well—the toothpaste-on-the-pimple trick.” Be careful since toothpaste can dry your skin out and make it more irritated, so don't overdo it. However, this is a quick and easy way to treat your sudden onset zit or pimple. Smart Tip: Just a drop of the paste should be applied to your face (just around covering the pimple) to avoid drying your entire face. Never touch your face We all have a habit of touching of face often, however, this could leads to accumulation of dirty which turns into pimple on your face. You must have heard that in the direct contact of air, our skin gets attracted to invisible bacteria that causes pimples, acnes etc. To get rid of these skin problems, always make sure to not to touch your face frequently (we would, if it is needed only then touch your face skin). Smart Tip: If it required to touch your face, try to put on gloves or use face tissue. Do not remove your makeup with wet wipes You must have seen many models are using wet wipes to wipe off their makeup, but if you want to add some value to your skin, always use face serum or makeup removers (that are easily available in the market). If you are unavailable to find such stuff, you can easily find them online as there are online sites that offers best skin care products at the best prices. Smart Tip: To make it more easy to take your makeup off, put some baby lotion or oil for quick and effective results. Nicole Atieno's first step is to take her makeup off with a face wipe, then wash her face with a hydrating cleansing cream (because sometimes wipes aren't enough). After giving her face a mild massage of scrub, she gives a finish off with moisturizer. Smart Tip: Apply moisturizer on your face gently and evenly. Drink a lot of water As you are well aware of the fact that water kills many diseases and offer good health, so make sure if you are willing to have flawless skin, do not avoid drinking water. If you can’t have plain water every hour, you can simply add some flavors to it to make it drinkable. For instance, you can make some detox drink by adding some lemon slices, cucumber and sprinkle of green mint with a pinch of ginger to it. Drink water the way to you want to make your skin refreshing and alive. Smart Tip: In the interval of an hour, drink a glass of water. Stick to good dermatologist A good dermatologist is a key secret to having a good and reviving skin, so keep in mind before you switch your skin specialists frequently is that a good dermatologist is your saviour, so do not jump on different skin expert just to test or experience their services and products recommended by them. Smart Tip: Websites and articles are the best way to find out your dermatologist. Over To You It is your call now whether you want to follow the aforementioned skin care formulas or not. If you are an established model or pursuing your career in modeling, then these secrets can do wonders for you. NOTE: Spoiler: Sliced potatoes help with under-eye circles.
